Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Emma the Enhancer ("Emma"), run by Rocky Fischer. Last updated October 20, 2026.
Access
Emma is available to people who were given an access key. Keep your key private; you're responsible for what's done with it. Keys can have a prompt limit or an end date, and can be turned off.
What Emma does
Emma writes prompts and documents with the help of AI models. Results can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety matters.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Emma and what Emma writes for you. Don't submit content you don't have the right to use, or personal data about others (for example patient information) unless you're allowed to.
Acceptable use
Don't use Emma to break the law, to harm others, or to try to extract how Emma works.
No warranty
Emma is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Rocky Fischer isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
